How personal data are secured
Imondio B.V. takes all the necessary measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification:
- The traffic between your computer and our website’s server is encrypted by means of an SSL certificate.
- The traffic between our server and our administration via Exact Online is encrypted by means of an SSL connection.
- Our network’s server is encrypted.
- Documents are stored securely and reliably with the business services of Google Workspace.
In short, the above data are processed in the contact of the agreement, to meet legal obligations and based on legitimate interest.
Automated decision-making
We don’t use automated decision-making.
How long we save personal data
Your personal data will not be kept longer than strictly necessary to realize the goal for which your data are collected. We use at least the legal retention period of 7 years.
We do not sell your data to third parties
We only provide your data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet legal obligations. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Imondio B.V. remains responsible for the processing of your data.

To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your passport or ID with the request. When making the copy, make sure to cover your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible but within four weeks.
